POSTER DISPLAY

1. Your poster must be displayed throughout the event, from 4 – 7 March 2026, to allow delegates to visit it at any time during event hours. The exact time and location will be advised in February 2026.
2. Abstracts will be grouped by topic, numbered, listed in the programme, and published in the abstract book.
3. Double-sided adhesive tape will be provided for attaching your poster to the boards.
4. Please do not use a pin or 3M double-sided foam tape on the poster boards.

5. Please prepare your poster in A0 size, portrait orientation.

POSTER CONTENT

6. Your poster should include the following:
   a) Title, author(s) and institution
   b) Short summary
   c) Objectives: Background and specific aims of the study
   d) Methods: Description of methods used
   e) Results: Summary of results obtained
   f) Conclusion: Conclusion reached
   g) Tables, graphs and pictures (coloured, if possible)
7. The text of the display should be readable from a 1-meter distance
8. The poster presenting author must include a Disclosure Slide sent by the Congress Secretariat on their presentation posters.
