Poster Presentation Guidelines

POSTER DISPLAY

  1. Your poster must be displayed throughout the event, from 4 – 7 March 2026, to allow delegates to visit it at any time during event hours. The exact time and location will be advised in February 2026.
  2. Abstracts will be grouped by topic, numbered, listed in the programme, and published in the abstract book.
  3. Double-sided adhesive tape will be provided for attaching your poster to the boards.
  4. Please do not use a pin or 3M double-sided foam tape on the poster boards.

  1. Please prepare your poster in A0 size, portrait orientation.

POSTER CONTENT

  1. Your poster should include the following:
    • Title, author(s) and institution
    • Short summary
    • Introduction to background and objectives
    • Description of the methodology
    • Summary of results
    • Conclusions
    • Tables, graphs and pictures (coloured, if possible)
    • The text of the display should be readable from a 1-meter distance
    • The poster presenting author must include a Disclosure Slide sent by the Congress Secretariat on their presentation posters.

POSTER SETUP AND REMOVAL

  1. Your poster must be setup one day before the event (3 March 2026) and removed after the event (7 March 2026). The setup and removal timing will be advised in late February 2026.
